I had a wonderful stay at the apartment managed by Scila and Luigi.
Firstly, the apartment has a great location - very easy to access all kinds of transportation which is so convenient (from the tram which is right outside, to the bus and subway) and very easy to reach any part of the city with ease. It was close to a big supermarket, a pizza spot, cafe, bike stands and a park, such a nice area.
Secondly, the apartment itself was a gem! Very safe - which as a woman staying by myself was very comforting - and nicely decorated, with a wonderful cozy space upstairs, and it had everything I could need, I really didn't have to purchase a single thing for the apartment. Real and deep care was put into every detail by Luigi and Scila, making sure I always had everything I needed, even preparing a full pantry for me in case I didn't have time to grocery shop, which was extremely kind.
Third, which is the reason I will wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone, was the care, passion, welcoming and friendliness of my landlords. From the moment we began communication via email, they were helpful and reassuring at every step of the way. Then, they very kindly picked me up from my bus station when I arrived in Milan and gave me a lift home - and the same when I left for the airport for both me and my friend. They guided me around the apartment and made sure I knew where everything I needed was and how to use them. Another very sweet thing they did was invite me to have dinner together at a pizza spot near the apartment, which was such a nice memory and warm welcome to Milan. They were very careful not to invade my privacy and they changed sheets and cleaned my apartment while I was out, only with my consent.
When I had friends and family over, they were equally sweet and welcoming to them, too. They even welcomed my friend with some ice cream. Overall, so hospitable and genuine, you could tell they love what they do, are passionate and have a special care to make sure every guest has the best experience.
I will remember fondly my experience there and I recommend it with all my heart, knowing I felt safe, cared for and provided with everything I could need.

Luigi and his partner Scila have set the bar high as hosts of this lovely apartment. Before we even arrived, Luigi helped us with reservations and tickets, and when we arrived they met us at the train station to take our luggage to the apartment, allowing us to immediately go out and explore Milan. At the end of the day, we took the #16 trolley to the end of the line, which is right across from the apartment, and they met us there to get us settled in. They recommended restaurants within a short walking distance, set us up with items for breakfast, as well as the password for the free wifi. The apartment is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with a very up to date bathroom and shower, and slept 4 very comfortably. We only wished we could take Luigi and Scila with us on the rest of our vacation, exploring Italy.

I lived in this apartment for almost 7 years, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The space is extremely well-equipped, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s just a few steps away from a metro station that provides direct access to the Duomo and Central Station, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and gyms within 100 meters.
However, what truly sets this place apart are the owners, Scila and Luigi. From the very first day, they welcomed me with open arms and treated me like part of their family. They were always ready to help, whether it was with apartment maintenance or something beyond that, like recommending a trusted eye doctor.
If I could, I’d give more than 5 stars for this experience. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

We felt welcomed from the first minute thanks to their infinite sensitivity and great humanity.
They were so thorough and meticulous in every detail that we had the feeling they put aside any personal commitments to help us at all times.
The house is perfect for a short or long stay; the suburban railway is just a few minutes' walk away, and the city center can be reached in less than a quarter of an hour. The area is well-served, with public transportation, pharmacies, and supermarkets all within walking distance, and Forlanini Park is a ten-minute drive away.

Staying in Luigi and Scila's apartment was truly a pleasure. They are both very friendly and always available to help with any problems. This is something that can be difficult to find in Milan, and it makes getting around the city easier.
Although the neighborhood isn't the best, the recently renovated apartment, with its spacious bathroom and open-plan living area, more than makes up for it.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed and more, and if anything was missing, Luigi and Scila spared no expense to provide it for us.

I have stayed here for around 9 months. The owner Luigi and Scila are super kind, friendly and helpful! They always respond very fast and are ready to offer any help. The apartment is at a 5 minutes walk from M3 Porta Romana, which is a very convenient location to travel around. The Line N6 (night bus operating after mignight, to reach Centrale) and Tram 9 (Porta Genova - Milano Centrale) are another two alternative to travel to one the most important train station in Milan. You can get airport bus at Milan Centrale. Both N6 and Tram 9 stop are at a less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment itself is well equipped with kitchen utensils, fridge ceiling fan, independent heater, sofa bed, hot shower, iron board, clothes rack, washing machine etc. Basically it is like home! Highly recommended for either short or long term stay. The owners speak very fluent English so you wont have much communication problem if you speak English :)

We stayed twice in Luigi's apartments and also had a chance to meet his family. I can definitely say that he is a perfect host. I think this might be the only reason itself to choose one of his apartments :)
Casa Velino was the one we stayed last time. This one-bedroom apartment is very close to the first stop of tram number 16, so it's so easy to access everywhere. It's a cozy, clean place to stay. Lots of things you might need are already present. The pictures of the apartment are just like the exact one. Totally recommended!

I highly recommend this place! I lived there for about six months and everything was fantastic. The house was recently renovated in the style I like, and there's a sofa bed in the living room, very convenient if friends come over. Although it's on the first floor, there will definitely be some noise, but it's not excessive. There's no need to worry about security issues; the entire neighborhood is very safe. I especially recommend the two owners! They're really kind. Every time I return to Milan, they pick me up at the station, give me gifts for the holidays and, basically, I can contact them if I have any problems. It's really cool!

The apartment is like in the description, it is very clean, there is everything that you need even for a long-term stay - my stay lasted 6 weeks, the kitchen is fully equipped. The area is safe, there is no problem with evening returns, very well communicated with most of areas in Milan. Near to the apartment, there are many coffee shops and restaurants, also a supermarket. The apartment is very cosy, you can feel like at home. I highly recommend!
